💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is currently the payment method available at checkout — and the most popular way to shop in the Dominican Republic. You pay in cash, in Dominican pesos (RD$), when your order arrives at your door. No card, no bank account, no upfront payment needed.

- Exact amount shown at checkout — no hidden charges at delivery
- Have the amount ready in cash for the delivery person
- Orders up to RD$150,000 qualify for Cash on Delivery

Common Questions
Can I pay with a card when the courier arrives?
Not yet. Deliveries are currently cash-only, so please have the exact amount ready in Dominican pesos.
Is there an extra fee for Cash on Delivery?
No. The total you see at checkout is exactly what you pay at delivery.
What happens if I am not home or cannot pay at delivery?
The courier will try to coordinate with you via WhatsApp. Repeated unpaid deliveries may limit your ability to use Cash on Delivery on future orders.
How are refunds handled for cash orders?
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or as store credit. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
